Role Purpose: Job Description
&bull; Management of Social Media Channels- Social media channels include Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
&bull; Creating Brand Awareness- responsible for ongoing day to day social media activities updates and producing new content for all station programs for all social media channels to engage audience.
&bull; Creative Know How- ability to think creatively from idea generation to the final posting on social media and websites stage.
&bull; Understanding Behavioral Aspect- able to understand social media user&rsquo;s nature and attitude to choose the appropriate platform for them.
&bull; Setting Social Media Targets- set realistic targets to overcome and face challenges such as insufficient website traffic, declining customer&rsquo;s retention, poor online reputation, slow sales, weak brand awareness etc.
&bull; Collaboration with Sales/Marketing Department- assist with the planning of marketing and sales strategies to grow online sales, traffic and engagement.
&bull; Have the ability to create the appropriate creative content: text, video, art work for the radio, presenters, events, and programs.
&bull; Have an experience in the field of social media marketing.
&bull; Responsible for tracking all the changing social media influences and trends all over the world in all aspects of media, fashion, music, etc.
&bull; Have the knowledge and ability to use social media analysis tools, such as: Rival IQ, Social Bakers, Hootsuite, or any such tools.
&bull; Studying the digital media platforms of the competitors with their strengths and weaknesses to enhance Channel 4 Radio Network digital media.
